  Grub Hub never delivered my pizza.
  Manager on duty took care of it plus offered me an extra pizza for having to pickup instead of delivery.

  I have tried to call several times and it goes straight to a busy signal :( Please call me back I need a refund on this inedible pizza please - Please see photos!

  This papa johns is a pretty solid location. You typically get your pizza on time and correctly made. They typically have decent carry out specials, so if you're willing to drive then, save a little bit of cash. The customer service is usually pretty good, as long as you're nice, they will be willing to go a little further to help you out. But at the end of the day, this is a mass chain pizza spot, so there are going to be better tasting local spots you can try. If you want exactly what Papa John's Pizza, then this location is great for that and I recommend. If you want higher quality pizza options look elsewhere.

  Terrible customer service, they delivery cars ocupy almost all the parking spots, really rude staff, prices displayed on stickers and ads around store don't match with what they charge and didn't even have all the ingredients for the pizza! By far the worst Papa John's I ever been, don't waste time going there choose any other unit or just go somewhere else.

  This location is the worst in the city. If you live in this delivery range I apologize. Last order was three years ago and it came to me raw. The owner called me back the next day and apologized and offered another, which I never redeemed. Tonight we tried again. Specified well done and ordered some extra dipping sauces, which cost extra.
  
  Wasn't well done, still raw in fact, and no sauces included. Called manager who left me on hold for a full 5 mins according to my cell timer, manage wouldn't redeliver edible food because they were about to close, offered me store credit which I don't want (never going back), and said she'd refund it. Time will tell if that happens and I'm calling my credit card fraud if it doesn't.
  
  Tldr, your time is better spent ordering from the van nuys location and you driving to go get it. Avoid this one at all costs.
